Our family law team deals with relationships and their breakdown, and the care of children. We also deal with employment matters both from an individual's perspective and that of employers.
We have a number of Notaries Public who provide notarial services for clients. We are also easily able to assist individuals who are looking to start a business as a sole trader or perhaps a partnership, or want to buy into a franchise or a joint venture.
We will advise in relation to tax planning for individuals and the arranging of their assets and affairs in tax advantageous ways. In terms of providing investment advice we have good relationships with independent financial advisers who can assist in that respect.
We are happy to advise on offshore trusts and instructions which involve an offshore element, working with other professionals including lawyers overseas as appropriate.
Our litigation expertise includes debt recovery, personal injury claims, boundary disputes and other property-related matters including issues over rights of way, and also insolvency advice.
