Services for Individuals
Parker Bullen LLP’s client base extends throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. As a full service legal firm we are able to look at the whole of the client’s situation and consider what the most appropriate legal solution is for any particular matter within that wider context. Our approach in the provision of our legal services is thus a holistic one or, "treating the whole patient" as we say.
Within that context the services we provide to individuals cover all those areas of expertise that you would expect a high quality law firm to offer. This includes therefore the drafting of Wills and advice on the structuring of an individual's estate, assistance in relation to the legal aspects of buying and selling property, and help in relation to personal injury matters. Our family law team deals with relationships and their breakdown, and the care of children. We also deal with employment matters both from an individual's perspective and that of employers.
We have a number of Notaries Public who provide notarial services for clients. We are also easily able to assist individuals who are looking to start a business as a sole trader or perhaps a partnership, or want to buy into a franchise or a joint venture.
We will advise in relation to tax planning for individuals and the arranging of their assets and affairs in tax advantageous ways. In terms of providing investment advice we have good relationships with independent financial advisers who can assist in that respect.
We are happy to advise on offshore trusts and instructions which involve an offshore element, working with other professionals including lawyers overseas as appropriate.
Our litigation expertise includes debt recovery, personal injury claims, boundary disputes and other property-related matters including issues over rights of way, and also insolvency advice.
The full details of the vast range of our services are set out on the appropriate pages of our website. Our style is professional but approachable and we are very happy working with banks, accountants, estate agents and other solicitors.
An early approach to us is always recommended; early planning can often make a transaction more straightforward, and prompt action in the event of a dispute can avoid unnecessary further expense. Please feel free to contact us as and when the need should arise. We are happy to give you an initial view as to whether or not we can help, and a broad indication as to the likely costs.
