I advise both individuals and corporates in relation to disputes and claims. My practice extends over a range of contentious disciplines, including:
- property litigation: for example, landlord & tenant disputes and claims arising out of land transactions;
- commercial litigation: for example, advising on disputes with clients or suppliers, business ownership disputes and corporate transaction issues;
- private client litigation: for example, property co-ownership disputes, contentious probate matters and the purchase of defective goods.
I have extensive experience of managing claims from the pre-action stages all the way through to trial, and recognise the value of trying to settle disputes as early as possible, including via mediation (where appropriate).
Having trained at Charles Lucas and Marshall in Newbury, I remained with that firm for five years beyond qualifying in 2009. I later joined Eric Robinson Solicitors in Southampton as a senior solicitor, where I spent two and a half years. I joined Parker Bullen in June 2017.
