Senior partner and head of Private Client department dealing extensively with Wills, trusts, probate, Powers of Attorney, charities, court of protection and capital taxes, used frequently as an advisor on trusts to other non-specialist local firms. This department has acted in a number of high-profile cases Hayward v Jackson and Turner v Turner. Notary Public – notarial services and French property law.
