Qualified since October 2007, Stewart has extensive experience of preparing Wills, administering Trusts and Estates and dealing with a wide range of applications to both the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian as well as offering lifetime tax- planning advice.
He has a particular interest in dealing with estates involving agricultural and/ or business assets and the mitigation of Inheritance Tax.
A full member of both the Society of Estates and Trusts Practitioners and of Solicitors For The Elderly, he prides himself on his straightforward and approachable manner which has enabled him to build up an extensive client base involving successive generations of families as a result, in many cases, of personal recommendations.
