Our Family & Relationships department provides expert advice and assistance in all aspects of co-habitation, pre-nuptial agreements, separation, divorce and family breakdown. We have a deep understanding of the Armed Forces and have many years experience in assisting forces families with their relationship problems, including such complex issues as Pension Sharing on Divorce.
We can also assist with representation at Child Assessment or Protection Order Hearings conducted in accordance with The Armed Forces (Protection of Children of Service Families) Regulations 2009. Such representation may be funded at public expense in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of JSP 383.
We ensure that all cases are resolved as quickly, pragmatically and cost effectively as possible. We are members of Resolution, an independent organisation which believes in a constructive non-confrontational approach to all relationship and family issues. Integrity and sensitivity are the key elements of the service we provide.
We offer a free initial half-hour consultation for all family and relationship matters at our Salisbury or Andover office. Contact our Family and Relationships department for further help and advice.
