Cohabitation Agreements & Disputes
People who do not marry but live together do not have the same rights as husbands and wives. It is important to ensure that you know your rights as a cohabitee.
Cohabitation Contracts
An unmarried couple can enter into an agreement setting out arrangements which will apply while they are living together or if the relationship breaks down. We are able to advise as to whether or not an agreement would be appropriate for you and if so draft an agreement on your behalf
Cohabitation Disputes
If your relationship with your partner has broken down we will be able to advise and assist you to resolve any dispute as swiftly and as amicably as possible.
