Court of Protection
When a person is no longer mentally capable of managing their affairs and has not made an Enduring or Lasting Power of Attorney, then you may need to obtain a Deputyship Order to enable you to handle their finances and property for them. We can act as Deputy if there is no one in the family who is able to act. An Attorney or Deputy may need to sell a house or make some other large transaction affecting another person
