Divorce
To be granted a Divorce you must satisfy a Court that your marriage has broken down irretrievably. You can do this by relying on one of five facts, which are as follows:
- Adultery
- Unreasonable Behaviour
- You have lived separately for two years.
- You have lived separately for five years
- Desertion.
We can advise as to which of the five facts would enable you to obtain a Divorce and we will represent you throughout the court process.
If for some reason divorce proceedings are not appropriate, we can advise you of alternative arrangements such as Judicial Separation or Nullity
