Injunctions
If you are a victim of violence or harassment by your partner we can advise and help you obtain a Court injunction in order to protect you from this behaviour.
You can obtain a non-molestation injunction prohibiting someone from being physically or verbally violent towards you. You might require an Occupation Order to exclude a partner from your home.
