We advise on commercial as well as residential landlord and tenant matters, including issues of rent and other arrears, possession claims, breaches of tenancy agreements and the remedies available, distraint, forfeiture and repairing/ dilapidations claims, both for landlords and tenants.
We act for both institutional and individual landlords, and are retained to act for life insurance and corporate pension trustee companies in relation to commercial property of which they are landlord.
