We at Parker Bullen understand how educational institutions work and we currently act for a number of independent schools.
We have wide experience in the Education and Charity sectors, and this enables us to advise schools as to how they should develop best practice. We maintain close relationships with the Heads and Bursars of our school clients, and this enables us to give advice which supports the individual school’s ethos and aims.
We advise and act for Head Teachers, Bursars, and Boards of Governors of schools on the full range of education issues including:

- Contracts of Employment for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures and their implementation
- Resolving conflicts between Head Teachers and Boards of Governors
- Representation at Employment Tribunals when required
Advising as to the full range of school policies, including:
- Parent contracts
- Parent complaints
- Recovery of outstanding school fees
