Professional Negligence We act for business and individual clients who have claims for negligence against professionals, including solicitors, surveyors and accountants.
We also advise professionals against whom such claims are made, including corporate pension scheme trustees, and are accustomed to dealing with insurers and their appointed solicitors.
We have considerable experience of pursuing claims to trial where that has proved necessary, although as with our other contentious work we seek to properly explore the potential for settlement at an early stage.
